Data protection – Privacy policy

In France, persona! data is protected in particular by law n ° 78-87 of 6.01.1978 (data processing, files and freedoms), law n ° 2004-801 of 6.08.2004, and EU regulation n ° 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 (protection of individuals with regard to the processing of persona! data and the free movement of such data).
PIOCH SAS applies the GDPR legal provisions to all the data it processes.
PIOCH SAS may collect data for the performance of its contractual obligations (order, delivery, invoicing, after-sales service, information on order tracking, customer accounting).
On the PIOCH SAS website, the user provides their data with full knowledge of the facts.
The data we collect are necessary for the proper performance of our services.
No information from the user of the website is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties.

The website contains hypertext links to other sites with the authorization of PIOCH SAS.
But PIOCH SAS does not have the possibility to check the content of the sites visited and will not assume any responsibility for this fact.
We do not collect or store any sensitive data (racial or ethnie origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership of people, health or sexual life). We do not establish any automatic processing on the data that would allow us to make a deduction or estimate on this type of information.

PIOCH SAS limits access ta persona! data to PIOCH SAS employees for whom such access is essential as part of their mission.
We keep persona! data for the legal period after the end of the contractual relationship. At the end of this limitation, the data is deleted.

Each holder of an email address operated by PIOCH SAS, and each persan whose data is collected as part of its activities has a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of all data on concerning. This request is made in writing to the company PIOCH SAS (by e mail to piochsas@pioch.fr or by mail ta PIOCH SAS – BP 408 -06515 CARROS Cedex 1 France) with a copy of the identity document specifying the address to which the response must be sent.

A Data Protection Officer has been appointed who is Mr PIOCH Olivier.
Data is processed only within the European Union.
The data is stored on a secure server.

PIOCH SAS customers and suppliers have no direct access to the hosted data. Browsing the site may cause cookies ta be installed on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the identification of the user but which records information on the navigation of a computer on a site (ta facilitate subsequent navigation on the site and ta allow measurements of attendance. The user is free to refuse these cookies by configuring his browser.
